    Same Problems

    Not even kind of working, no data available for my initiates profile. I have tried through my xbox one, tablet, phone, and pc. Still no luck I hope the data of my play time and rewards will remain up to my current progress? Any ways around this? I hope this issue gets resolved quickly AC is one of my favorite game franchise I'd hate to have to put it up on the shelf.

    i take tihs as good sign for the moment, i cant log in to initiates right now, on geting looped back to loginform. maby they are working on the cloudfront server problem right now, lets hope so.

    P.S. i havent read anything that confirms or denys the cloudfront problem beeing worked on(!)

    I can confirm that that exact cloudfront server is being used on my profile page as well [well, not being used ], and it's empty as well. Seems as if this might be problem.

    I have already tried contact ubisoft support and escoblades,and done what was suggested here, all to no avail. I'd be grateful for any other tips.

    I've got the exact same blank issue and my account is trying to connect to the same cloudfront server. Just throwing this in here to reinforce the likelihood that this particular server is problematic and is likely causing the issues that several of us appear to be having.

    It's a simple fix but ubisoft seem to just be ignoring it, i've tried everything I can think of to connect to a different Cloudfront CDN, as some don't have this issue it does seem to be a specific server issue. Fix your CDN Ubisoft I've not been able to view my profile / stats correctly for over two weeks now!

    No change at all. Still doesnt recognise any "legacy" games. FFS add a button to sync them manually.

    [Website] Initiates Sync / Blank Profile

    Start from the bottom, a catalogue of my interaction with support. TL;DR: They're escalating the issue, and it's been mentioned on Twitter (soon after this back and forth, actually) that it is being worked on, with no ETA.
