    I have completed every previous title like many of you, however my initiates account shows NONE of it. Not even one game. It will only update Unity and shows everything else as 0. I would like this to be fixed, please, especially since all this content is locked behind it. Please do not ask me to make a ticket for it again, I have done so, and when I make a ticket they do not read it and just close it without any response at all. I've literally had zero response related to this issue, every time. It's become a joke with ubisoft support and I've rarely had a good experience with them in all these years.

    This is why I'm hoping that one of the forum moderators here, while I realize you don't have support powers, may be able to give us information or help those of us who might otherwise receive no help. I will keep checking this thread for updates, thank you.

    Found a solution for Initiates chests which don't appear on the map: cancel previous data and start a new play...

    My issues with AC Initiates are not solved. The ticket I opened for it is closed without giving a solution. That did not solve the issue. I opened a new ticket with the request to open the old ticket. It would be much easier if Ubisoft would not close tickets before they are solved. Or just really solve the issue. But that will probably never happen.

    A friend of mine said yesterday that Ubisoft makes good games that are unplayable because of the non-working apps and websites. And he would like to see better pc ports that can work with his very good Nvidia graphic card so he does not have to disable one of the two cores on the card. He can play every game on very high settings except Ubisoft games. They do not work well with his GPU.

    I'm with the group that can't get Rogue linked to Initiates, even after the most recent update. All my other games are fine (not playing Unity yet), and around the % I think should be correct. Rogue does not appear, neither in the XP breakdown nor in my collection.

    Support response:

    Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support.

    If your Initiates Legacy data is not syncing with the website, please wait 3-4 days since you first logged into the website. When you first log into it, it queues your information to be checked, but with so many people syncing their data, it can take some time before it shows up.

    If you have already waited the 3-4 day period, then we suggest loading up any of the legacy games that you can and play on the save file for 30 minutes or so. This should give plenty of time to allow the data to begin syncing to the servers. After doing that for older titles, allow 24 hours before checking the Initiates site once again.

    Why was the previous thread closed (which ballooned to a total of 81 pages) and a precisely identical one opened? The OP on this thread says nothing different from the previous one. I, along with every single person on my Xbox Live friends list, are having the exact same problems that have persisted for weeks. Absolutely nothing has changed for any of us. This thread will now be a duplicate of the previous one. It shouldn't have been closed.

    It's almost as if Ubi was embarrassed as to how large the last thread got and figured they would close it before it got any bigger. That...isn't helpful. So we can add these additional 10 pages to the previous thread, which makes for a total of 91 pages and counting, ALL COMPLAINING OF THE SAME EXACT ISSUES MENTIONED IN PAGE 1. I repeat: PAGE 1.

    This is the clumsiest handling of a service I've ever seen in the gaming industry, and I've been a gamer for more than two decades.

    I'm also sick and tired of the infinite loop of "file a ticket with Ubi Support" and Ubi Support responding with "keep checking the forums for latest info".

    Is this some kind of sick joke? Who on earth is managing AC:I? Who is responsible for this lunacy?
