Ok,now you are just pulling my leg.
I was level 12,with legacy data missing,now,i get into the webpage and i find that im LEVEL 1?!
C'mon,guys this has to be a very bad joke,this initiates app needs some serious help ASAP!
and please EscoBlades,don't tell me to contact support,i've done that 3 times and every single one all they say is that the initiates team is working on it.
Edit: and no,i re-linked my PSN account to uplay,played AC Rogue for 10 min,and it still the same level 1.

Once we perform this maintenance, the first time you log into AC Initiates, you will see your profile may be back to level 1. Don’t be alarmed, your data is safe, and this is part of rebuilding your profile. After playing Assassin’s Creed Unity for a few minutes and triggering a game-save, you should see your information displayed correctly.

OMFG after the TWENTY HOUR update initiates ACTUALY worked this mourning, Even though i was level 0 i was will to look past that because it actualy WORKED. Now it say CONNECTION FAILED!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAD BETTER NOT MAKE US RED0 OUR WORK AGAIN!
on another note before initiates utterly crapped out i found that in the initiates reward page there was a costume available at lv1, i went to that chest and it said i needed to be lv 11
I can still connect on the pc but not on the ps4 thats what makes me mad i mean wtf

I seem to be able to log onto Initiates in a hit and miss fashion with my PS4, but I'm going back and reloading all my PS3 AC games to get those updated with Initiates, like it says I've "started" Brotherhood, Revelations, III, and so on, but not that they're completed or 100% synced. Whenever I try to log onto the Initiates website it keeps giving me a log in error.

Well, after waiting, and then contacting twice the support, my synchronization ALMOST went through.
But my legacy data show something WEIRD at last.
I have 100% Synchronization with the games, still it says I never completed them. Completing the games is a requirement for 100% Sync.
What's the workaround for those 10K exp I'm not receiving?

HAH! wow... These people are the most incompetent bunch of web page designers I've EVER SEEN! They just broke it even more........ maybe the Initiates site is working now...... I go to log in, put in my email and password... click log-in and it starts syncing. Then for the first time since Nov 8th (for me anyway this might've been broken even longer), the symbol's spinning and it says "still syncronizing" . first time I've ever seen it actually sync...... but then al of a sudden, POOF. I'm back on the login page...... and no my "name" isn't in the upper right. I'm actually NOT logged in. Tried it 5 times in a row.... same crap every time. At least before I could log in and see nothing........ now I cant' even log in LMAO....
What a joke.....
btw if this helps... when you click "view source" after right clicking on a web site you can see the code behind the page. I've seen people mention a specific "cloudnet" server people are FAILING to connect to. These are the last few lines of what comes up for me when I see the code (the referenced cloudnet page is the same for ..... my page in all of the code):

That's from the log-in page that I can't get past now lol...... And no Escoblades, I'm not wasting my time sending in a ticket after what I've read on here. Instead, you can do your job and search the thread for useful information. not that hard..... I've been reading EVERY PAGE of this daily as new pages pop up, only takes a few minutes..... (if you're not reading the entire thread at once that is).
and I don't know why it would matter but I dont' own Unity yet. But I do have every game from AC 1 to Black Flag. Well.... actually unity and Rogue are in the mail I'll have them Sat. I just mention it in case for some reason Initiates is seriously tied to owning Unity...... which it shouldn't be.
