I can confirm that that exact cloudfront server is being used on my profile page as well [well, not being used ], and it's empty as well. Seems as if this might be problem.

I have already tried contact ubisoft support and escoblades,and done what was suggested here, all to no avail. I'd be grateful for any other tips.

AC: Unity is still listed as only started. Support suggested that I open some ports.. only those ports were already open.. so..

Also still having the same blank profile/log in failure as before (screen shot from fuzzylynx shows this well), which does seem to be related to Lankymark's assessment of it being a permissions issue for those of us assigned to that server.

This may only be a display issue as well, as when playing I have gotten a few "challenge complete" notifications and able to open a couple gold chest, which means our data likely is updating properly, but the initiates interface simply can't access it to display.

After explicitly connecting from the game to the acinitiates site and logging in, everything was updated, including my previous accomplishments that seemed to be reset to 0 when I just logged in through a browser (without going through the game itself).

So for me, for now, everything seems to be in order. Thank you!

I'm having zero luck too. No legacy data showing up, in fact no data at all shows up. It looks like this to me:

Seeing as how gear, cash, and items are locked behind initiates, how are those of us for whom this doesn't work at all going to be repaid?

Gear (outfits) locked behind Initiates are aesthetic only, and have no bearing on your character level or abilities.

The amount of cash available via Initiates chests pales in comparison to the amount of cash that can be earnt just playing through the main story path, let alone side missions.

There are no items locked behind Initiates.
