The fact that initiates is still screwed up is absolutely absurd. There is now reason this should have been going on as long as it has. You guys have chosen to make this a part of the games, so it should be a priority. If you don't want it to be a priority, then DO NOT lock stuff behind this crap. There is absolutely no excuse for this.
The forum moderators can't do much to fix issues that aren't related to the forums. It simply isn't within the powers they're given to do their job. As far as support goes, they may not be able to actually fix these issues but, instead, might be flagging accounts suffering these errors so that an actual fix can be determined. They don't read anything you've written and respond to something TOTALLY different than what you've asked. And, they're slow. Very slow. Even if all ubisoft products were working flawlessly, this would be an unacceptable situation. However, it is obvious that there have been issues with ubisoft products and that just makes the whole situation far worse than it needs to be. The next biggest issue for ubisoft, right behind their software problems, is their support system. It puts customers off of their products and creates brand dis-loyalty.
Hopefully, with the amount of complaints on the forums regardless of how many threads get closed, it will be a sign that things aren't right and customers aren't happy. I believe an actual fix is forthcoming; not necessarily soon.
Hmm trying the "30 minutes" thing... Rogue isn't synced at all yet. Brotherhood is messed... says Started 15% even though I completed it... Revelations makes less sense than that even.... Completed with 0% sync... How does that even work?... AC 2 says Started with 68% sync I have finished all these games =w=;

This is the answer I got when I opened a ticket about my Initiates account being blank, it doesn't even answer what I asked about.
Open Alpha Initiates was great. I don't really understand the point of this new version of Initiates. It seems boring. No database, no forums. What was the point of doing all the missions, lost memories, etc. and keeping up on all the surveillance and database entries if that stuff is just gone? The podcast Escoblades posted says that they "aren't focusing on that aspect right now." Okay. Does that mean you have to get rid of the stuff you already had?
They can't even do the simple stuff right either. For me to get my games noticed and added they want me to replay the games for 30mins at least... yeah just let me download 100GB+ to just do that Ubisoft...
Useless, getting really fed up, and I am glad I never bought the Season Pass, not after the ACIV Season Pass scam.
So, my sync with the Initiates site has stalled.. no new XP since Dec 4 (it's the 8th here in Australia now), and since the last XP update I have finished AC:Lib HD to 100% and gained a few points in some of the older games (I've been slack since the website went into the extended maintenance period post-Black Flag)... *sigh*
EDIT: also - still no AC:Ro data either..
