I can't find a way up the mountain to get to this bell tower. I use grapples but none get me to the top of the mountain - I have tried approaching from both sides of the mountain but cant' get to the top

Use the buzzer

You can either use the buzzer, or keep swinging around until you see a bell on the ground. You'll be able to find a cave that leads underneath the bell tower. Here's a screenshot:

Or do what I did or Mr Hunt does (come top to bottom)... Use the Parachute...
