Hi Backla_Jean, please open a ticket with Technical Support including a DxDiag report and MS Info so they can troubleshoot with you https://support.ubi.com

    I got a reply!!

I had the same trouble. Ubisoft finally replied and wrote Farcry4 only works on 64bit p/c's not 32bit. I upgraded my p/c to 64bit. Still no luck, still will not load. Then Ubisoft replied Farcry4 will NOTt run on dual core processors!! The damn specs for the game are Intel Duel Core 2.4Ghz.. WTF!!

    Ok....

[Ok, so FarCry4 will only run with a quad core processor and 64bit windows. I assume that's the main reason why a high percent can not play the game..
It would have been good if Ubisoft just said that from the start, it's taken 4 months for someone to explain that to me!!
    Thanks!!
