    Funk this

FarCry 4 (or FC 3.5 as some of you are calling it) has been out for 2 weeks now.
I've seen gameplay videos on it and it looks like a really fun game.
I hope to one day be able to play this game.

He is my issue. I pre-ordered the game through Steam. When it was released I downloaded it. Once downloaded I start the game up and am met with an error saying FC4 is not responding and I have a black windowed screen.

So I contact customer service and they advise me that I now have to wait roughly 4-5 days before a patch is released to fix this KNOWN issue.

I give them the benefit of the doubt and wait. Patch gets released. Steam downloads it. Log into UPlay and I encounter the same issue again. I contact customer service and am give a bunch of different instruction to follow to help customer service help me fix this game. I jump through all the hoops and follow every instruction. The only USB's i have connected to my computer is my headset (which i removed), keyboard, and mouse.

At this point, I either want a solution to fixing the game (Odds are the community will have a more accurate answer then the company) or I want me money back.

My post was vague, but there are policies here. I just hope you had taken the right steps.
