Youtube copyright claim from "International Licensing Service GmbH"

    Hey guys,

I really need your help since I am a smaller youtuber and I just started a Let's Play of Far Cry 4. Ubisoft stated that Let's Plays about their games are ok as long as you follow their rules and that they may not claim the videos on youtube. You can read this in the following post:

    http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...videos-Forums.

Yesterday I had 2 copyright claims by another company about the same 2 videos of Far Cry 4. I contacted them and they said it wasn't on purpose but a fail of youtube.
So they told me to dispute the claim and they removed their claim. So far it is fine.

Today I got a new copyright claim by an company called "International Licensing Service GmbH" wich seems to be an german company since it is a "GmbH". I googled for them and I couldn't find any connection between them and Ubisoft or one of Ubisofts games. I just found out that this company seems to claim many copyrights from new and hyped Games such as Call of Duty or Watch Dogs when they came out.

Here is the video they claimed the rights for, starting at the scene they claimed:

    http://youtu.be/XeN5bwtftt8?t=1m56s

They exactly claimed the scene at 1:56 where you only see a black screen and the loading image of Far Cry 4.

I hope that there are some people out there having the same problem or even found a solution for it.
Maybe there is some Mod around here that can give me some advise what to do.

Sorry for my english. I am from germany and there may be some faults.

    So far

    I have it too

Oh yes I got a claim from that company too, it was just now, I just solved the claim from Acifin Network yesterday, now there's a new claim!!! When is youtube going to update their Content ID system... And I hate the fact that independent youtubers has a massive disavdvantage in the Content ID system than the youtubers in a network.

Hey, I solved the same issue 2 days ago with acifin networks with your help. I disputed the claim from International Licensing Service GmbH yesterday and today it was gone like magic. It seems this company is doing it on purpose because its not the first title I found they claimed rights for! This is a "company" made for earning money with Youtubes Content ID system. Just dispute the claim and it will be gone. I didn't get any message from this company but it was gone 1 day after I disputed over the "fair use" method.

Still I want Ubisoft to know what other companies are doing and that they want to profit from their games!

Its a shame for youtube that the youtuber has to proof its not wrong content use. A better system would be that the one claiming should have to proof it.
