Case reported to support as a buggreport and technical issue. This IS a bugg within the games of Uplay and should therefore be solved in the games. People should not have to perform special settings within Windows 10 to get it to work, especially when this is releated to Uplay while this issue does not exist for any other of my 500+ games in steam, epic, blizzard and origin.
