Can you please use the link in my signature and create a support ticket? Please include your DxDiag & MSINFO files to help with the investigation, to do this please follow the below:

    DxDiag:

    To do this:

    - Hold down the Windows key on the keyboard and press "R".
    - Type "dxdiag" and click OK.
    - This will open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
    - Click the Save All Information button at the bottom.
    - Save the file to your Desktop with the name "dxdiag.txt".

    MSINFO:

    - Hold down the Windows key on the keyboard and press "R".
    - Type MSINFO32
    - For Windows 64Bit you will need to type MSINFO
    - Click OK.

Once loaded click File > then EXPORT (not save) the file locally to your system, now please upload the files to us from our Support website.

If you are unable to attach a file because it is too big to attach, please compress the file into a .zip folder using a program such as Winzip which is free.

    Got this issue as well.

I worked around it by doing the following:

Control Panel -> Sound -> Recording (Tab) -> Properties (On your Mic) -> Levels (Tab) -> Mic Boost +50.

After that, I regulated my TeamSpeak Voice activation settings to pick up the mic.

That kinda works, but it's a ****ty thing to have to do, as it was working as intended before getting into the game it self (the menu is no issue at all - it's when loading into the game, it starts doing all this).

There is obviously something within the game, that screws with the mic settings, as I'm not getting this in FC4 or other Ubisoft games.

    Edit:
Oh.. Do remember to set it all back after exiting the game, else you'll probably end up having your mic activated constantly and/or it being VERY loud.

Not doing that. Then i'll just put volume back to 100% untill there is a decent fix.

    Same Prob for me

My mic turns down to 50% when the game is loading all the stuff.

I will not change anything of my pc settings cause its clearly a bug caused by the game!!!

    DO SOMETHING!!!

Hello guys... I have a same problem with mic on Teamspeak. Maybe i found solution.

    1)Turn Teamspeak
    2)Turn The Crew
3)In game (not menu) press Shift + F2 to turn on Uplay in game.
    4) Go to Options / Click Voice Chat Off and click again to turn on Voice Chat
5)Speak to mic so loud, you see the red level.
    6)Teamspeak will be working good.

But this method i must still employ when I turn on The Crew

    working?
