I think Quagmire is partially difficult, because for some reason they decided to mess up with the camera!
When your bike in the center all the time (like for other tracks), it's much easier to focus and predict behavior.
Why did they do this??

Speaking of the camera, I notice it's wonky in some levels too. Sometimes a track will be zoomed out a lot, and sometimes it won't be. Sometimes it even does it mid-track. Also, on The Waterwheel, sometimes the camera doesn't move up enough when I am going through the actual waterwheel part, and I can't see my bike when it's landing.

Yeah dark machine wasnt that bad after a bit of practise and also managed to plat balance ave today = ) Now i need about 10k in chips to give traction testground a go.
I think i have plat on the pvp tracks so tt should be the last one for now.

Oooooh, fun! Dark machine is probably the easiest of those 3, at least for me. The no checkpoints is a pain, and the end is even worse, but the level isn't horrible overall. Balance ave was one of the last ones I got, that one is HARD! TT is very technical but not as bad as Quag for me. The time requirement is also somewhat loose so you can take your time a bit. Reviving this thread because I just finally got Platinum on this level! The last one I was missing (other than the two chip-shop tracks I don't own). WHEW! I have never felt such satisfaction from this game. Sorry for the gloating, didn't want to make a thread dedicated to it, but I had to say it somewhere!

I'm going to re-revive this thread, giving a BIG +1 to what Justinman said above.....I finally managed to get Platinum here, only just made it as I got jammed-up right before the finish line otherwise I was on for a time of around 23.000'ish, but still.....I got it for now and I can come back to improve my time at a later date once I've got Platinum on the last 2 tracks that I have open and stuck on at the mo' which are 'Balance Avenue' and 'Permafrost Climb' I've got Gold on both and only a couple of seconds off Plat on each of them, so hopefully won't be too long before I have them done as well, then I just have to unlock and Plat the final 6 Tracks from the Bunker Chip Store.....And I should have the next one of them open tomorrow if I can win most of the battles I have running !!


Anyway, As Justinman said.....I just had to say it somewhere.....I got Plat on Quagmire !!
