I'd say to try the license restore, but I doubt it would work. Try adding SOAD to your basket.. if it says it can't then try the restore. Otherwise I it's likely just f'd up like everything else. Someone needs to lose their job in the worst way. I don't mean to sound harsh, but this is flat out incompetence and ineffectiveness... of which we all suffer endlessly for.
