[Good wheel settings in here] Wheel Users, what's your experience?

Just like the title says Id like to know how you guys with wheels are handling the game. I have the crew and a t300rs (PS4) but haven't played the game yet. Are you guys finding it doable or are you switching to controllers / m&kb? Are you able to keep up with races? Post your experiences. Hopefully we can all assist each other.

Yes. I would especially like to know if you can look left/right using the dpad on the T300rs (PS4). If it hasn't been fixed, I may pass.

Horrible! I also have the T300 and it is so bad (compared to Driveclub). BUT, I expect that it is due to settings. So I need to try out some different ways. Any tips are appreciated.

The main problem I had was steering. Nothin happened when I turned the wheel. solved by setting steering linearity to the far right. Now it's ok. The force feedback is immense, powerful and quite jerky. I had to pull it down to may be 40%.

I plan to post my settings when I get home once I find something that is drivable. Hopefully It won't be as bad once the cars level up more since they supposedly handle better at that point.

Force feedback needs some improvement. It's kind of lacking the details you need to fully push the cars to their limits. When I spin, it's not really clear what caused it. I think this game really deserves some better force feedback and wheel support. Because I'm enjoying some of these races, but I need to hold back to avoid the weird stuff from happening. Also the wheel feels really light in the center, maybe fixable with some of the settings...

I have the G27 and I have one serious complaint. Each time you shift gears the engine makes a revving sound, even when I shift with manual clutch, I hate it.
Secondly, it's abit dissapointing to see that the car doesnt stall when you stop your car and keep the clutch pedal depressed. This also means you don't have to play with the clutch and gas pedal to get the car going again, it's automated
Third thing, the steering wheel feels very light when going down a straight road, but the FFB does work and I like the feel of it so far. But I haven't fiddled with the settings yet.

But overall it feels pretty good, but I have only played for 30 minutes so far.

EDIT: I have one more problem, the leds on my G27 that indicate when I need to shift gears, the first green light turns on when I start the game and they stay on, even when I close The Crew.

I hate the force feedback, all the way up (DFGT) it twitches so hard but all the way down it is so light on the wheel. can only turn wheel 90 degrees and you cant revert to default settings if you mess something up. i doub't theyll fix this but i hope someone posts some good settings.
