    Hey Vankoo09, thanks for your response!

    For testing purposes, if you do happen to have alternative connection, such as mobile data for example, you can try connecting your console through it and launching The Crew 2 to see if error message persists.

    If it doesn't, this will indicate that there are some limitations between your connection and game servers, therefore troubleshooting steps advised earlier will help you to eliminate those.

    In case if have indeed completed every single one of them, including port forwarding, yet to no avail, let us know and we will look into it for you!

    the crew 2 error 0_1

    we tried with mobile data and the game started, but after I launched it on the home internet the error 0_1 came out again

    That would suggest your home network is having difficulty connecting to our game servers. We would then like to recommend following our connectivity troubleshooting support article, to improve your connection.

    This support article is for PS4, however it should the same for your PS5.
