A petition has been started to create momentum towards a court case against Steam and Ubisoft. The situation with Far Cry 3, Watch Dogs, Unity etc is ongoing and is not getting taken seriously by Steam or Ubisoft. The game should not be for sale in the state it is in.
I know massive amounts of people agree with this, so please don't troll and state its a perfectly running game, when you know its not.
Watch dogs is a dead loss, Ubisoft refuses to repair the game, no support, no feedback on what's happening to truthfully and genuinely fix the studdering mess, no back up and so on. Unity, will we know that situation eh.
And now, Far Cry 4, what a %^%#$@ mess!
We woke up to a game not long ago called Alien Isolation, just as one example. We were all conned by Colonial Marines - remember, you know how it went. Yet, Isolation was so dam optimized, it runs on quite low end hardware at extremely smooth frame rates without studders and without many bugs at all - the way it should be on release day!
One was a pre-order con job, i.e."Colonial Marines with its totally different graphical cut scenes before release date, scenes that weren't even in the released game" and the other game we were really afraid to pre-order "Alien Isolation", as we have had enough of the lies and wall of silence from game companies, but what a surprise, a great game Isolation was for most people, back to the roots of good old horror survival and running so smoothly for nearly all gamers - amazing.
Thus, what happened is that we let our guard down and trusted that maybe things were changing in regards to massive studdering and crashing mess of games coming out. (You can name a whole bunch of Triple AAA titles easily that do not work very good at all still, even on top end hardware) Thus, mega amounts of people "hoped" and pre-ordered Far Cry 4, and to their absolute dismay, it was the top of the list of disasters to come out in a long time. A large percentage still haven't even started the game yet, still a black screen - even after patch 1.4! (ofcourse Ubisoft go quiet on this truth - nobody hears from them now - you have realised this eh? Same as the situation of Watch dogs - broken game - i.e. ubisoft are no where to be seen!
They will state: We are looking into it, or, the info has been passed to the dev team, or, we are working on it, or, the new patch will fix it, or, the patch will be released on this date "which it isn't, or, ....... you know it, the same stalling tactics as so many other releases by UBISOFT!
Think about it this way: If you buy a flat screen TV, and take it home, and it doesn't work out of the box, do you really think you will get the hastles and absolutely no feedback, backup, and support towards having that day one purchase replaced or exchanged? NO! Not at all they must replace or refund the very same day you go back to the shop! The shop has no choice but to adhere to the consumers policies.
Thus, the gaming industrial has to wake the %$#@ up and realise they are pulling illegal consumer policies on us.
Time to act. We will pay a lot for games, but we need a god dam fair deal after all the money we spend on hardware.
(even the people who have got it going, and are not complaining, still know it should run a hell of a lot better)
We ask for all the games, not just far cry 4 to be repaired by Friday or you must place a button on everyones accounts so they can push it and get a total refund instantly because their product is broken.

I signed it, I have no problems with it on my PS4, but I understand you. I've bought AC:Unity and I know how are you feeling. You bought product that's not working as it should. But trust me, this won't change anything, just boycott their's games, make a change with your wallet...

The same thing is when we talk about politics, you can make a difference with voting, if that's not helping, go out on the streets and protest against those ignorants! Just stop buying products from Ubiosft, you'll see, they'll get better in no time
