im not all that sure that f12 has enough quality tracks to be the next one as if i remember the last time i checked hes not long started to make his change to decent quality. Could be wrong though , my thoughts are your self or muscle , there is proberbly a few others that havent built for a while also but not sure its a wise choice to put someone in who isnt currently building. Havent you got to have atleast 8 quality tracks in the bank.
that reminds me what happenes to builder tracks where they have got better yet they don't have the trial and error trail in the bank. I noticed this on other builders , cant just sart making brilliant tracks can you.

Alternate: Hardline...as it's easier, but nothing too heavy on decor
FG-312 has solid builds. I like pretty much all his tracks.
I think Confused Muscles builds on XBONE or 360.

I hope this goes into practice because my first track "StoneWood" is an embarrassment but I was messing about with big jumps for FMX and the DLC wasn't out yet...

lol my first track was a 5 minute long effort with long patches of nothing although i was dead proud of it t the time. thought it was top bannans.
i think a month is a little bit of a long time , should cut it down to fortnightly as i bet nobody even looks after the first week because we already have the feature to check other tracks builders have built. Does seem alittle of a waste a whole months feed.
