Xbox 360 Black Screen During Mission (SPOILERS) Help please | Forums

I am stuck in the mission where you must go after Paul who has taken Noore's family. When I try to sneak into the truck, dialogue between Sabal and Ajay plays. But the screen goes black and stays permanently black. I can walk around (I can hear myself walk around) and I can shoot my arrows and stuff but the screen stays black.
Any assistance please? I am loving the game so far and It would be a shame if I can't finish it due to this glitch...

Same glitch at same point on PC version. Screen went black when trying to climb aboard truck (still says that in the map screen) Unable to continue mission. Help!

In case you guys didn't figure out the workaround --- don't kill anyone. Run around the back of the hill behind the building, down the hill, up the crates to the top of the building, then jump down and get in the back of the truck. The problem is happening because the driver pulls away from the bay.

It is a bug, but they're not taking it seriously at support.
