    How do I get my money back - FC4 Download?

    I've tried to install and can't even get game (FC4) running. I bought a copy via UPlay and then another copy via Steam, hoping that the platform was the issue. No dice, still have 0xc000007b problem. I've tried all the technical forums advice, downloaded worthless software that cost me even more money, deleted .dll files and now want to stop before I butcher my computer trying to fix this POS.
    I've posted on Ubisoft and they don't respond, so [EDITED] you and your worthless one liner advice to go to Ubisoft XMiisty (community Manager). I find it amazing that all these places (UPlay and Steam) offer multiple methods and ways to take your money but try to contact any of you [EDITED] organizations to get your money back is next to impossible.
    So, if you are legit please provide a contact to get my money back, this game wasn't ready for distribution, greed came before completion and I hope it bites you in the *** Ubisoft.

    I can understand your frustrations with trying to get your game working and not having any luck. If you've created a support ticket, please provide the ticket number here so that I can get that checked out for you as soon as possible. There may be more help which can be provided.

    If you're still wanting a refund for your purchase however, I'd recommend speaking to our Uplay shop team. You can contact them here;
