no way to correct this... i mean with out a patch.
no way to get a answer from support, no crack, nothing
i cant turn out all my USB conns because of mouse & WLAN.
But however i dont want to modify my pc just for a game.
And yes -for mods & admins here- i have a ticket since 23.11. Without a human answer!!!

    Hello again Anubisx84,

Thank you for sending me requested report.

In order to troubleshoot the problem that you are having please try the steps below:

    1. Disabling your background applications:

To do this, go to the Start menu on your desktop (or, if using Windows Vista/Windows 7 press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time)
Type in MSCONFIG and press Enter
Go to the tab, which says Start-up
Click the option to Disable All
Press Apply, then Close then pick the option to Restart

    2. Clearing your temporary files:

To do this, go to the Start menu on your desktop (or, if using Windows Vista/Windows 7 press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time)
Type in %TEMP% and press enter.
Go to Edit and Select All.
    Go to File and Delete.

NOTE: If you are using Windows 7, to highlight the files you will need to press Ctrl + A together. Once the files are highlighted, you will need to press the Delete key.

    3. Try to run the game as an administrator. In order to do that, right-click on the shortcut for the game and choose the option “Run as administrator”.

    4. Please try to verify the game files 2-3 times again.

Please let me know about the outcome of these steps.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,
    Andrew

I got the same problem. The ERROR message points to my 'OfflineServiceData.bin' folder. Setting Uplay to offline mode then launching the game fixes the issue. However, setting Uplay back to Online mode breaks it again. So, it's a short term fix until you get to the bottom of it.

I am having the same problem except that I am 66.46% complete all under windows 10. What I have found is that if I start Uplay in the offline mode the game plays as expected but I receive an error that says Far Cry 4 service is unavailable try again later. I have always started the game in the offline mode but uplay was in the online mode. Now I have to start Uplay in the offline mode to get the game to work. I problem started about 1 week ago. I had been playing under windows 10 since June because I was never able to play the game under windows 7 because of the black screen when you connect a xbox 360 controller. Technical support was never able to solve this problem for me.

make sure you are running the game on a 64 bit operating system not a 32 bit one

32 bit operating systems are not supported

windows 10 is also not a fully supported operating system for this title ..yet ..... but it does work provided you have a 64 bit version of Windows 10 and current up to date drivers and your system meets the minimum system requirements for the game
    Far Cry 4 Minimum Requirements
    MINIMUM
    OS: Windows® 7 (SP1) / Windows® 8 / Windows® 8.1 / (64-bit only)
    Processor: 2.6 GHz Intel® Core™ i5-750 or 3.2 GHz AMD Phenom™ II X4 955 <---*note* both are Quad core CPU's
    Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD5850 (1 GB VRAM)
    DirectX: Version 11
    Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 30 GB available space
    Sound Card: DirectX-compatible
Additional Notes: Windows-compatible keyboard, mouse, optional controller.

    RECOMMENDED:
    OS: Windows® 7 (SP1) / Windows® 8 / Windows® 8.1 / (64-bit only)
    Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel® Core™ i5-2400S or 4.0 GHz AMD FX-8350 or better
    Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or AMD Radeon R9 290X or better (2 GB VRAM)
    DirectX: Version 11
    Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 30 GB available space
    Sound Card: DirectX-compatible
Additional Notes: Supported video cards at the time of release: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or better, GeForce GTX 700 series; AMD Radeon HD5850 or better, Radeon R9 series.

Note: Laptop versions of these cards may work but are NOT officially supported.

also try to verify your game files .. its best to run Steam and or the u play client as an administrator when doing so (depending on your version of the game )

to verify your game files if you have the steam version of Far cry 4
go to your Steam games library

right clik on far cry 4

    select properties

    select local files

select verify Integrity of game cache

it takes a few min to do but its faster the redownloading your entire game , if its only a few files that were corrupt or installed incorrectly .... this in many cases will fix your problems getting the game to start

If you have the U play only Version of the game you can also verify your game files with U play

if you have the game via u play only here are instructions how to verify your game files thru their client (look to the bottom of the page )

    https://support.ubi.com/en-US/FAQ/60...0000000ee85CAA

also try launching the game as well with run as administrator selected ....to do this right click your icon and select run as administrator

GOOD LUCK ! hope you find your fix!
