Am I the only one that is bored rigid with the repetition and regularity with which every time you liberate a post and leave for the first time and get about 300 metres away you have to return as the post is under attack?
Also why is every time you have stocked up and decided upon where to go next as soon as you come out of the door you will be attacked by some wild animal or other, or there just happens to be a random few members of the opposition passing by who instantly spots you and decides to take you out, meaning you have to return to restock your weapons etc.
Just about ready to give up on this !!!!!!!!!!!

The only thing that is getting annoying is the constantly attacking eagles, i have never heard of that eagles is attacking people like this in the first place.
The defend outpost after you just liberated it has never happen to me, i rely like this new feature it makes the whole game more alive.
Don't know why you need to go back to the same place to restock anyway, you can restock by loot enemy's or creates or buying stuff from the trading Sherpas that is EVERY where in the game.
I just ignore the outpost attacks they can't take them back anyway. I agree with the animal attacks they are so annoying, especially the Eagles, why do they attack you?? It always happens when your trying to stealth take an outpost as well. I was attacked by a pack of wolves, an eagle and 2 snow leopards while trying to take an outpost, b****y ridiculous. The eagle got me when I was lining up a sniper shot on a guard who was on the verge of spotting me...inevitably he ended up spotting me as was having a fight with an eagle!!
I also found the bell towers very easy. The only annoying one was 11. the first in the North because of that jump you have to do, but that's more a case of pressing the correct combination of keys at the right time. The radio towers were much better and some really got me puzzled. Not that I'm not enjoying far Cry 4 as I am.
Well....they state that unless you take the fortress in the area the counterattacks continue until you do. I dont bother taking forts until i've taken out Paul DePluer and Noor and then routinly take out the forts and the fortresses of Noor and DePleur.Originally Posted by molemage Go to original post
I personnally like the aspect where they try and retake the fort, for me its lots of fun as they usually send more guys than the fort has in it. Get on a roof and the grenade launcher M79 (available after 7 or 8 towers) is your best friend as it takes out jeep loads before they can get out or groups running down from the hills.
Its true that trying to stealth take a fort will bring harrassers (animals) and taking a silenced MP5 to kill the dogs, wolves, eagles, etc. helps to not alert the fort.
And...I like the Outpost Master found in the fire pit at each fort that allows you to try over and over to get the pure stealth kill or what ever you like as you can retake the fort as many times as you llike. My screen goes grey if i choose any option at the end but if i hit the 'esc' key a few times it brings me back to the gun cabinet (fast travel) room at the base and i can go do it again.
LOL! So..............................it's not just me! Yesterday; I start the game; to continue playing; check my inventory, and step out the door to go smite the wicked and right wrongs. Well; going through a safe house door is a canned animation, so you have no control over your character for a couple of seconds until you're outside and the door has closed. Five times in a row, there's an enemy gun truck sliding to a stop in front of me, and the guy in back is lighting me up with the MG; completely shredding my newly purchased armor and most or all of my health. ****!! I couldn't even get a weapon out before dieing!!! I finally fast traveled to another out post so I could exit the safe house.Originally Posted by solar_plexus Go to original post
So when I get to this outpost.................I check the map; see there's a bunch of question marks around, and think well heck....................I'll check out a few of those, and the scenery on the way. Didn't make it 200 meters and I was attacked by 3 clouded leopards, one after the other, and as I'm fighting off the second of the three I have ANOTHER of those freakin' eagles spawn outta my *** and attack me; then immediately after killing the third leopard, I get jumped by a pack of wolves, followed up by an enemy gun truck attracted by all my shooting! 200 meters and all my newly equipped armor is clawed/bitten/shot off, and I'm outta health syringes again (I only use the base three we get at game start)!
I'm sure the Devs are laughing their ***** off at us! Wankers!
Yes this game is repetitive. The people who reviewed the game did false reviews, it seems UBI had paid them to do so. Karma missions, only kill people. So far I came across 3 types of Karma mission, Save the civilian. Kill the solder. Kill the soldier and loot the guard. When you unlock the outpost, 1 of the side mission in 90% of outpost is to save the friends who are forced into prostitution. The other side mission is kill the guards/soldiers using a specific weapon only. Other side games ow the most boring one loot the chest, the chest is everywhere all over the map and its a symbol by UBISoft and there in each and every UBISoft game. I am getting annoyed by chest/treasures/lost letters and useless relics. The definition of insanity is doing the same f**** thing over and over again, expecting s**** to change", the fact is Far Cry 4 surpasses only visual effects. Graphically this game is amazing and is far beyond my imagination. Gameplay wise its nothing but Far Cry 3.1. Seriously this is not going to be my last game from UBISoft, ill give them 1 more chance. If Far Cry 5 goes in the same direction and same ****ty game play. Ill quit UBISOFT FOR SURE... SERIOUSLY HOPE UBI READS THIS... YOUR ACTIONS FROM HERE WILL DECIDE YOUR FUTURE... & "MAY PEGANS LIGHT SHINE UPON YOU ALL"...Originally Posted by molemage Go to original post
Your opinion. This game gives way more to do than FC3. Missions and sidequests are varied enough to not feel you are doing the same thing over and over. If you feel this way maybe Far Cry isn't for you.Originally Posted by Prince_Of_Persia Go to original post
What are the different things you been doing in here so far? apart from what I told you & main missions??? Every tower/warehouse you unlock & you get to see the same icons and same type of side games. Don't say that I am giving a negative review. I am being honest! Plus even my favorite cards game is not there anymore... FC3 had side games, the card game was fun. I think the side missions are a step back by ubisoft in this game.Originally Posted by CrashDrake07 Go to original post

The card game is the only thing FC3 had and FC4 not, but everything else FC4 got and then some more.Originally Posted by Prince_Of_Persia Go to original post
