    Will the support ever answer?

    Hi,

    I started a support ticket almost two weeks ago. You know, because that's the only help you get from Ubisoft right now. But will they ever answer or even recognise that the ticket exists? I mean, come on. 13 days and not even a "we will look into it"?

    I know that the Ubi Support is really slow (I never got an answer within a week) but this is ridiculous. :-/

    i would say no
    comparing it to amazon i can just say ubissoft support is a peace of **** ...
    (if you feel cheated you sometimes feel aggressive ...)

    There is a lot of support in that thread, haven't you actually tried anything? Ubisoft have these forums so other users can help each other out.

    Have you read the thread? Most of the posts are me describing what I have tried. I put all that information into the support ticket as well btw.

    My Ticket-Num. is 01763793 since 23.11.

    I have
    far Cry 4 Ver 1.4.0
    CPU : i7-4790K
    GPU : Nvidia GTX 980 driver 344.75
    RAM : 16GB

    I cant start the game...
