I keep losing > $100,000 worth of ammo

I think it started happening either after I maxed out my ammo bag, or the patch that was applied tonight, but two times now, I have lost 300 rounds of LMG, 40 arrows, 40 bolts, 240 rounds of assault rifle ammo, 3 C4 mines and more. Costing rupis 118,000 to refill...

While I was typing this I realized perhaps it has to do with not bothering defending an outpost. However, I disregarded a few of those attacks a couple of nights ago as well, and did not notice any loss of ammo, but it could be that without the maxed ammo bag, it was not as noticeable. Or its a bug, or its a new feature after the patch..?

EDIT: I ignored another outpost attack, and did not lose ammo. The previous loss happened after a Shangri-La "mission". Maybe the game loses track of your ammo when you do one of those. Or if I switch from the Buzzsaw with a 500 size mag to an LMG with a smaller mag. I will test and find out, but that will be tomorrow.

The same thing is happening to me. I first noticed it yesterday after completing a shangri-la mission. Lost ammo for just about everything I had and cost over 100k to refill it all. Not sure if it's happening after completing other missions.

Confirmed to occur on all platforms. One of numerous bugs associated with how ammo is (or isn't) handled and saved in this game.
