Far Cry 4 Benchmarks Main Problem CPU Core Spikes

Hey guys, I justed wanted to charm in about the general performance for Far Cry 4.

The main problem people are suffering are stutters that are caused due to 1 core/thread spiking to 100% usage.

    Heres the full writeup :

Is this topic related to what someone said in the comments on steam for the november 24 update?

Here is what they said (I quote):
Reported in a forum, will find the link and paste it here, that a persons CPU burned out while playing this game. What happens is that the CPU peeks continuously, mainly only on one of the cores. It hits 100% even when the game isnt in any realively CPU hungrey area. All the cores are near maxed out anyhow for this game, not because its hard to run, as if its a big title and needs latest next gen farce, its because of optimization bugs in the game files. I see it too with my CPU core levels, very worrying. Boom goes the CPU! There is another person with the same burned out CPU after running the game. I remember years ago when a Nvidia driver came out and GPUs became really super duper hot just with those drivers. Nvida very urgently rolled back the drivers ASAP the same day and suddenly the GPUs were cold. Its shows you how software makes the hardware work correctly, or dangerously incorrectly, as in the case of FAR CRY 4. You have all been warned intensely.

I heard that dual core systems are not supported for this game.

I wonder if the real reason for that is that Ubi developers can't figure out how to fix the the issue of core's that hang at 100%, SO the only alternative was to raise the HW requirements to quadcore, since one additional core in dual core systems isn't enough to run the game in such a case.
