    Ubisoft staff stop ignoring us! We want an update and our pre-order codes!!

    We want an update as it's been a week now and you continue to ignore us and the mods on here reply with the same repetitive tripe "Contact the seller for your code". "Please contact Ubisoft with a ticket" People have contacted you and still you do not reply.

    Everyone is in the same position and are waiting on our pre-order bonus, you have failed to sort this out and continue to ignore the problem. To make things easy for the Ubisoft staff, I will explain what I am talking about.



    In order to redeem the Amazon-exclusive Blood Ruby Pack DLC, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Visit www.farcrygame.com/preordercode
    2. Log in to your Uplay account (if you do not have an account, you will need to create one)
    3. Select the platform for which you have ordered the game from the list
    4. Enter your code exactly as provided and click Submit
    5. You will receive an email upon release of the game with the final information to unlock the bonus on your platform


    We have followed these steps and received this email from Ubisoft:




    This was over a week ago and still no emails with further instructions on how to download our content. This is poor from Ubisoft, all the mods on here have not got a clue and blame the retailer for this yet the retailer has sent our codes to redeem on your website and then you request us to contact Ubisoft support for help. And when we contact support no one replies.

    Sort it out as ignorance will not make your muck up disappear! We have been patient and waited and waited yet you still ignore us.

    For players who have purchased their copies from the Uplay Store, we are aware of the issue and are actively working to get the codes out to people as soon as possible. Whilst we don't have a time scale as to when this will be resolved, as soon as we have more news, we'll ensure to update the forums.

    For players who have purchased their game from a retailer other than the Uplay store, we'd kindly ask you to contact the retailer who you purchased the game from for further information.

    Your patience with this matter is greatly appreciated and we hope to have it resolved soon.

    People have contacted the retailer and they said that the problem is with Ubisoft. The retailers supplied the 19 digit code that is to be entered here: http://www.farcrygame.com/preordercode
    What more can the retailer do?
    And now we await on Ubisoft with the codes or method to download our content.

    fix pvp PLEASE!!!

    XBOX ONE and prob all other systems. if your in a party iT ALWAYS Splits your party to different teams in matchmaking.
    I absolutely love the pvp, its the closest thing to chaos theory. SO MUCH BETTER THAN Call of Dookie. PLEASE FiX This. Maybe because not as many people play this as the brainwashed cod fans. Theres no way to switch teams unless you play a custom game.

    Are you serious or just trolling? How in the hell are you a Community Manager? Do you not even know what people are complaining about or do you not care? Either way you should get yourself more informed. Why would we contact the retailer we bought the game off? they have done nothing wrong they gave us a code which we entered into UBISOFT's site. We than received an email from Ubisoft saying thanks for redeeming code (so nothing wrong with code) and we will be in contact soon with unlock instructions. So as you can see it is not the retailers problem it is Ubisoft's problem so get informed. I find it sad that as a "community leader" you would post that but you are not the first "community leader" to post it. The other bit of genius advice we get is to open a ticket and the people we open the ticket with are as misinformed on the subject as you.
