Hello Ubisoft,
i would give you my feedback for Far Cry 4. You took the good parts from FC3 and added some new, but i wouldnt call FC4 next Gen.
Dont understand me wrong, the graphics is gorgeous, but ive got some ideas how to make FC4 even better.
One problem in my view is, that FC4 is too easy. In Coop its no big deal to capture a fortress. You should notice that you are fighting against an army, not like in Fc3 against pirates and mercenaries, but against an army of a real country (maybe a small one but nevertheless a country). Also it would be a good thing if you could see the civil war raging, not only capturing outposts and some small counterattacks. Let Pagan Min send offensive waves against our Outposts and if you dont defend it then youll loose your outpost. This could bring in hours of gameplay. Let us see the frontlines of the civil war, in contrast to random spawn in fights with 6 ppl or less. It would be so awesome if you could see real battles, roal army vs golden path. Now my ideas for the arena. Is a great idea to put in a arena but why dont you put it in coop? It would be awesome to fight in the arena with or against your friends. All in all the coop is only a shaddow of what it could have been. There is not much challenge if you have played Shooter a lot.
Last thing i want to see is a modding tool for the community. Every game that can be modded is a gift, because in the end the community has the best ideas (no offense).
I hope you like my ideas and implement some into the game.
PGE
Nothing else but DLC and minor patches will come, don't get excited. Ubisoft hasn't also been modder friendly for a long time.Originally Posted by Bodolein1990 Go to original post
Thank you for taking the time to provide the feedback. However, I don't have any news regarding any modding plans at this time. I will be more than happy to pass this to the development team. Thank you. If you come up with any other ideas or feedback, feel free to post them here or pass them along in a ticket to Support here: https://support.ubi.com
I would love to provide my feed back to the team. But not so early, Ill do so once I finish it. I will complete it this weekend...Originally Posted by Bodolein1990 Go to original post![]()
OP, that would just usher back in elements that were off putting to many in Far Cry 2. Outposts being repopulated by the enemy after you cleared them was one of the primary complaints. It would also severely impact performance in a game that is already a stuttering mess for many.Plus it would somewhat even more so interrupt exploration.
I think they were wise to choose middle ground with this one and have enemies occasionally drive to outposts taken, and have radio calls for help defending them, but you only lose potential Karma points vs the outpost itself if you don't respond. That way those whom want to scavenge and explore and those whom want to play war are both met in the middle.
But there is a difference between enemies respawning on the outposts minutes after you cleared them and counterattacks, which take place on the map. For example: If Pagan Min starts an attack on the outpost first its like a convoy, but not like the convoys which are already ingame and are never more than 3 cars in a row. More like a big convoy with a few pick ups with mounted guns, some trucks with soldiers on them and some air support. This would be like a small war everytime you get close to one of these counter attack convoys. It would feel like fighting against an army, like i said in my first post.Originally Posted by Frag_Maniac Go to original post
One other thing would be a great new feature. Enemies using most of the vehicles available, exept the buzzer or small heli or gyrocopter or whatever its called.
How awesome would it to shoot enemies out of the sky that are flying on them?
Why nobody thought about this?
