Has Ubisoft even acknowledged the unbearable stuttering?

I could be missing it, but I haven't read anywhere yet that the programmers are working on the stuttering.
I haven't even seen a post from the "community manager" on the topic other than:

"Sorry to hear you're having stuttering in Far Cry 4. I highly recommend you contact Ubisoft Support about this so they can further assist you.

    I apologize for the inconvenience."

What on earth sort of response is that?
Surely you can get in contact with somebody from the inside and actually FIND OUT what they are working on?

The stuttering and mouse problems affect EVERY SINGLE PC USER PLAYING THE GAME

    LOOK AT THIS:

    GTX 970 Stuttering

    AND THIS:

    Horribly unoptimized multicore

How is this acceptable for such a huge company? I seriously do not understand how a collective group of people can care so little about something.
Why do people just stop caring about others once they have acquired something from them? (ie money)

I hope whoever from Ubisoft sees this post isn't demotivated.

I want you to think "Yes, the product we have supplied really is not currently worth the amount of money people have paid for it and we are going to do whatever we can as soon as we can to rectify this."

Please please just let us know if the programmers are working on it at the moment or if they are never going to fix it. At least put us out of our misery because I really do want to play and enjoy this game.

    Thank you for reading.

That is the response of a corporate robot who is not allowed to speak freely about the issue. You are not going to get an honest answer because they want to deflect all negative attention to maximize the early hype sales. They hope that word of mouth does not spread too quick that the game is broken. Ubisoft has no class. If they actually cared about the customer, the game would not have been released in it's current state. The fact that this same issue is still prevelant in Watch Dogs and was never fixed, does not bode well for FC4.

I am done with this garbage. I will not pre-order or buy another Ubisoft game at release. I will wait for user feedback. If it is broken on PC, I am not going to settle for the console versions either. I have a PS4 and XB1, but I have a beastly PC for a reason. You will never convert me to a console peasant. I would rather just not by Ubisoft games if PC does not get the respect it deserves.

This stuttering better get fixed and The Division better not be another disaster or you will lose people for good. Why do you treat your customers so poorly? We give you money and then get a slap in the face in return. Wow. Do you honestly expect us to return and waste more money? There are other developers who actually care about the quality of their product and treat their customers with respect. We will support those who are deserving and not this garbage.

Thanks for the response BassMan_. Truer words have not been spoken.

I guess the mindless drone sheeple who pre-order are just as much to blame as the classless Ubisoft though

I hope a lot of people see this thread but I bet it will be deleted by the corporate robot soon.

    You are spot on Jaguar...

I have ticketed this problem but it has up to now been totally ignored by technical support.
Not happy and I for one will not be buying any further Ubisoft products.

This is what pisses me off also, that they are not acknowledged the problem!

I mean come on! Why not just be honest?

I didnt buy AC this year becuse it was so broken I wasted my 30 Euro this becuse i belived in FarCry4.

But that was my mistake wont happen again, the worst part about is the treatment now and not acknowledging the issues!

    No respect or moral compass

They treat us like absolute scum.

"I have passed the message along" So what? Nothing will happen. We have already gotten this response on the Watchdogs forum. That game has NEVER BEEN FIX. NEVER. You stole money from me and you have the audacity to shame PC gamers for pirating.

I also bought a brand new videocard GTX 970 and got this game. Now i also got the response, you have not bought the game. YOU HAVE A DEAL WITH NVIDIA. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW VIDEO CARD. HENCE I BOUGHT YOUR GAME.

Now for once treat your paying customers with the respect they deserve. If you do not fix this game you have stolen 40 + 50 Euros from me. THAT MAKES YOU CRIMINALS.

Do you not feel any shame? Even if your company is run by managers that have no connection with reality. Maybe should get another job. Bad economy is no excuse to scam people out of their money and set aside your morals.

It makes me SO ANGRY that you shame PC gamers online for downloading your games and refuse to aknowledge your own BIG MISTAKES.

I will give you 1 month. Which is already too much. After that I am gonna focus all my IT skills in becoming the best hacker I can possibly be and will make companies like yours pay for your lack of respect towards your paying costumers.

If you think the above was a threat. Congratulations it seems you actually do have the ability to connect with people on an empathetic level.
NOW USE THAT ABILITY TOWARDS FIXING YOUR BROKEN GAMES AND SHOW SOME HUMAN DECENCY.
