    Hi!

    This thread is about your ecperiences with the support.

    Did you get your tickest answered (at all)?

    I for example wrote three tickets. This was 5/6 ago and I did get no reply yet.

    Please be so kind to share your experience.

    Depends...

    Tech questions (2) - both addressed.

    Refund requests (2) - no answer. Predictable.

    Call tech support on the phone - I was #1 in the queue so I got reamed very quickly.

    I wrote about my pre-order activation codes not arriving in my mail as promised, but no answer or code so far.

    The save functionality of Co-op is crucial. It was a brilliant idea, but the Co-op option is utterly useless without the ability to save your progress when you are not the host. As I stated in my thread, I spent a very large chunk of my time completing a large portion of the game in a friend's co-op lobby only to find the none of it counted whatsoever.

    The game advertised the ability to do everything with a friend and have it count for something. ****, now I have re-collect, re-liberate, and re-do hours on hours of gameplay, which frankly makes me not want to play anymore.

    IT WOULD EXTREMELY BENEFIT YOUR PLAYER BASE IF YOU FIX THIS ASAP.

    I love this game dearly, but I would hate to see it back on the shelf in GameStop because of a stupid save functionality.

    On a less important note, the matchmaking NEEDS the ability to play with friends (not invite them to the lobby you're in but to form a party) if you want it to succeed in any sense. I do enjoy the the multiplayer gameplay though because it reminds me of Battlefield.

    Also there should be some way for the public to play your custom map. Its no fun to play you map with the only friend you have that owns Far Cry 4. That waters down any incentive to even create a map.

    I understand that changes like this are much easier said than done, if even considered in the first place, but your customer base will be injured if things like this don't get addressed. I will not be purchasing the next installment if there is no support for the current game we have now.

    My ticket was answered within 3 days and my issue was resolved. I purchased the gold edition and season pass via Steam. No dlc was showing up and at the title screen it kept asking me to purchase the season pass. I was informed that I had to complete the mission "Cultural Exchange" for it to unlock. So I completed it and my dlc appeared.

    I put a ticket in on saturday because my game randomly crashes. They responded sunday night asking me for certain files. So i responded with said files. But no further response from them as yet.
