Thanks for the info. I tried this today, and still no change. Thanks anyways though.Originally Posted by MuRFi3 Go to original post
That does say a lot, a bit out of order that the devs are being blamed for it though.Originally Posted by MuRFi3 Go to original post

So I've been dealing with this issue for the past 2 weeks. I finally get a resolution that worked for me. It turns out that my Windows Updater wasn't working, and I was missing some 38 patches. I don't know if it was a patch I was missing, but to get it to work, I also reset my WinSock connection, so between one of those 2 things (updating to the latest patches, and resetting the WinSock), I was able to get it to work.
Good to see that it wasn't something Ubi put into the game, but something else on the user side.Originally Posted by atannav Go to original post
how do i go about puting in a ticket? i have far cry 4 xbox one, ive tried every fix, i cannot load the game. it loads then u start one second later it begins loading again. it often takes 10 min or more. currently i cannot even begin a game session. ive tried for 30 min now. it gives me errors saying the game session cannot be created. i am trying online and off. This game is just about un playable. This is not acceptable at 60 dollars and game stop will not switch out the title. I would like to return the game entirely because this type of issue is far beyone acceptable. please tell me what my options may be at this point.Originally Posted by Ubi_Jax Go to original post
For windows 8.1
On your keyboard press: Windows+x (do this while in your desktop, close all other windows.)
Run Command Prompt as Administrator
Type "netsh winsock reset" without the quotes then click enter
Restart your computer
