We are now on the anniversary of my support ticket being opened for 2 weeks. In that time, I have exactly 1 message from Ubisoft saying to something that didn't work, and to send them my computer's specs. I've done that on the 25th, and for the past 8 business days, I have not had a single reply to my information. I would say that Ubisoft needs to work on their customer relations, but since I'm 90% sure this is caused by customer impacting DRM, I don't think they care that their system is broken. Any kind of troubleshooting I can find doesn't work. I'm fairly certain this is caused by a corrupted Game Profile, which I think I found, but it doesn't fix the issue. I've seen someone else say that scrapping their whole computer installation fixes the error, but maybe if someone could tell me where all copies of the save files and gamer profiles are located, I could delete them all and see if they can be recreated. The title screen runs fine when it's on the "press any key" screen. it's only after the "setting up profile" screen that it lags and then I get the "Far Cry 4 Service is unavailable. Please try again later" error. I've been trying for 2 weeks, so trying again later doesn't work for me. Fix it.
