I even upgraded my graphics card, just so I would have all the specs met, and still I am getting the same screen message "Far Cry 4 Service is not available. Please try again later." If you manage to get a solution to this problem, please let me know!
Sure i will! Their support sucks, its just a waste of time. They should know the solution to the problem because many people have the same problem, but even though they want some unnecessary info that just takes a lot of time. And then they stop answearing. They wamt me to send a print screen from the problem "service unavailable " but the problem is that i can't do print screen in that screen, it only becomes a black picture when i paste it. And if i dont send them the image, they won't answear me. Buti will try to take a photo of the screen instead.

    this has gotten beyond ridiculous

I'm so tired of trouble tickets. Tickets that get no response. I did get a response on a earlier post saying the issue was fixed yet it has not been. Every time I get to the "press Any key" screen on far cry 4 for pc it tells me "far cry 4 service currently unavailable" that would be great if it just affected multiplayer but when u can't even access the game is just ridiculous. I've seen forum posts saying the same thing so it's a vast issue. Also these post say the same thing that ubisoft has done nothing to help the situation. $95 was spent on previous ordering this game and now that I have the time to actually play I find I'm unable to do so. I have paid you for a product and you are not holding up your end. Most would say that's theft. It would be very helpful if you would actually solve the problem and give me a real response. Not another generic response telling me to fill out a ticket. My trouble ticket is 01780619. My old one was closed with no solution. Please is there any solution? I've done every step you guys have asked with no avail. Any idea or eta on when it will be fixed? its been multiple days with no end result. im sure if this continues we can take it to the better buisness bureau and let them deal with it since it is basicaly theft!

This is not the problem, because I have already tried it online, and it doesn't solve the issue.

I just want a refund. **** this. I''ve had it since release and haven't been able to play at all. What a waste.

I know this may be a bit more than most of you would like, but I finally fixed this problem by doing a complete system wipe and fresh install of windows. Whatever shenanigans I had done to my computer in the various settings and tweaks had simply made it too much of a mess. After fresh install, tweaked a couple ini buffer settings and the game runs perfectly.
Windows 7 64, 750 Ti, on a usb network adapter. Still have the occasional missing vehicle/wall in coop, but very playable.

If this fixed the problem for you, then that's great, but I can't afford to do a system wipe like that just for one game. Ubisoft has to come up with a better way to solve this issue, otherwise I might as well just build another computer.

Well it's been a week. I was told to try offline so I tried (again) by going offline with steam, and then offline with Uplay. Neither worked. Asked for my MSInfo file, which I gave them and no information since. It takes more than a week to look at the file to see that yep, I should be able to play the game. I just want to play the game. Why is this such a hard concept? Is this caused by the DRM that any pirate worth their grain of salt can patch and play anyway? I heard this was cracked even before the official release. Soooo.. Yay. hackers get to play, but paying customers have to enter into a queue and wait for weeks for someone to maybe answer the magical question as to what I need to do to get the game to work. Somehow I don't think the DRM is working (or worth the hassle). CD Projekt is still profitable, and no DRM. Fix the game and let people play.

What's weird is I got that error when I first tried running the game offline with no patches installed. Once I installed that 3 Gig patch, which took 7 hours on my 1.5 Mb/s DSL connection, it went away in BOTH offline and online modes.

You sir know what your talking about. Ubisoft is so useless. Why can't they fix our problem. Too busy counting their money, or what!?
