    official word from ubisoft support

    Below is my week long official ubisoft support ticket concerning the season pass. I hope this will clarify for other people.

    Hello,

    I did speak with our game lead for Far Cry 4 about this issue.

    The weapons are only unlocked for people who pre-ordered the Limited Edition on day 1.

    For season pass holders the guns have not been released as of yet.

    I hope this information helps.

    I don't think I explained the issue clear enough. the guns are not "locked" in the store. they simply aren't there at all.

    If possible can you send us an image of the gun still locked in your purchase screen so I may send that image up to the development team.

    Yes I completed it last night and the syringe mission did become available so I know that some of the content from the season pass is working. however the items in question 700 Nitro Elephant Gun, Sandman 1911 Pistol, Driller PKM are not available in stores. according to post 13 in this thread http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...eapons-showing all of the signature weapons from the season pass will be unlocked with the third content release. if this is true then the season pass advertising is very misleading. I have spent 30$ to acquire all of the content in the season pass and nowhere does it say that I now have to wait for my content.

    the season pass content, specifically the weapons are not available for purchase in the game. I purchased my game and season pass on steam and had no issues with activation. according to https://support.ubi.com/en-US/FAQ/9/...0000000ej9DCAQ I should be able to find my content (.700 Nitro Elephent Gun, Sandman 1911 Pistol, Driller PKM
    As soon as you have the ability to purchase weapons, these weapons will be available for purchase from any shop and can be equipped immediately)

    So basically the season pass doesnt actually contain any of the things they say it does at this point.... Nice way to get sued for false advertisement ubisoft.

    I would like some official word please on what should be available, where and how so that I know if I have wasted money or not. I bought it specifically for the PVP mode and so far I cant use it so I feel like I have been ripped off and the lack of Official response doesn't help any. Especially when support simply choose to ignore people when they do contact them.

    well, not completly true, the Hurk missions are in, but also currently missing for alot of people (bug) the prison mission is in the game (Durgesh), not sure about the ''Yeti campaign, oh and also the extra weapons are missing

    Hey all! Sorry for the confusion regarding the season pass. As stated before, more content will be released going forward as other content may not be accessible. If you own the Season Pass, the only content available at the moment is the Syringe Mission. All other content will be released later. If you are still having any issues with anything else, please be sure to contact your local tech team with as much info as possible. The team will be able to assist you.     so how are you gonna explain the fact that some people already have the hurk missions?!, you gone and messed up badly with the advertisement of the game, and you fecking know it

    also, please look up ticket nr 01787919 - i didn't wait 10 days, for a copy paste useless reply, that doesn't even cover my problem, this, combined with your post, is making me consider to chargeback on the season pass, as you basicilly lied to us

    oh and finally, since my last post was wrong according to your post, then i paid 20 euro, 21 days ago for a season pass, which you have yet to deliver, not even the Syringe mission is working, so yea, unless you can come up with a really good answer, i will be doing a chargeback on the seasonpass which you didn't deliver

    I also have the season pass with only the syringe mission .. My friends on the other hand bough the game -after me- but it was gold edition and they have all the content

    The Hurk missions were for pre-order customers, upon completing the 3rd one you get the impaler.

    Well over completed the game, still no season pass on PS4.

    Same here. Pre-ordered the game... and just yesterday purchased the season's pass... only to find it isn't working. Uplay says I've entered the code already, as I have, but nothing is showing up anywhere else.
