    Season Pass not working?

    Hi all,

    I tried contacting Ubi support but im getting nowhere since nobody seems to want to reply. I entered my season pass I got from Amazon into Uplay and it accepted it no problem. But when I go into the game its asking me to purchase a season pass!! Can anyone please explain why this is happening?

    Also I was wondering how patches are installed? Is there a way to manually install updates or is it done entirely transparently?

    After pressing play the game will prompt you to patch.

    Hi there,

    I did try tech support but they only replied once asking me to take a screenshot of the "additional content" section in game - but I cant find that section Maybe you can point me in the right direction?

    I am guessing the new patch (1.4?) hasnt been released yet?

    I'm using a PS4 and my season pass isn't working - no bonus guns or The Syringe mission. Thinking of filing an official complaint, £23 spent on nothing.

    Hey all, Sorry for any inconvenience you may have encountered. If you have not done so, please be sure to contact your local tech team regarding any season pass issues. If you have done so already, please be sure that the season pass was successfully entered through the Uplay client. When contacting your local tech team, please provide the season pass key so that it may also be investigated. The team will be able to properly assist you in confirming your season pass on your accounts, so no worries! Be noted that even with the season pass, you might still be asked to purchase the Season Pass. Just check to see if you have the Sandman 1911 pistol and sorts. More content will be released going forward so sit tight. Thanks!

    I am also having issues with missing season pass, I cant find the content mentioned above ie the 1911 or any others that I should have I can clearly see on my account that I own the season pass but it seems the game just simply hasn't unlocked any additional content for me at all.
    I also don't get the option to play the additional multiplayer mode offered as part of the season pass.

    Frustrating to be told to contact support when surely by now its become obvious that "support" is failing us the CUSTOMER and not actually providing any support. For a so called Community Manager to come to this thread read or clearly in this case not bother to read that the OP has contacted support and received none (support that is) and still advise that he should contact support shows complete disregard for what the CUSTOMER has to say.

    I do hope he doesn't get paid to provide support like that. Considering how badly Ubisoft has been perceived lately I am surprised at the level of incompetence still displayed.

    How can i know if i have the season pass or not?

    So how can i know if i have the season pass or not?
    I have a "1911" pistol, but it is only "1911" not "Sandman 1911" and in the uplay it only show "Season Pass", but no icon for is unlocked, or button to purchase.
    Really annyoing that the UPlay DLC section is so confusing, why can be a full list, like what DLC available, what DLC i have, and what DLC i can buy?
    May be a list like this is, we actully can know what is included in the season pass and what can i buy, and what i have:

    Contacted support as suggested and guess what despite giving all the information im told they will need there has been no reply!
    Not that I actually expected one but I did as was suggested in this thread by not one but two ubisoft employees. A complete joke and not a very funny one this company appears to be. I own all the far cry series and and all dlc to go with but this was my last for sure.

    Not sure if this will help but I thought I had same issue as well on ps4. I ended up checking ps store recent downloads and discovered that all codes I put in for content didnt download. After I downloaded aand installed everthing the content worked fine.

    Cant see most of missions or use the pvp mode. Not sure if this is due to error or the content hasnt been released yet. Could someone clarify this for me
