Guys,
I am done waiting and as the game is unplayable and is deemed to be faulty. I would like to apply for a refund under the sale of good act, specifically "fit for purpose".
I have emailed Support but no reply after 2 days.
Could anyone monitoring this forum please info me of the correct route for a refund.
Thanks
Hi, you will need to contact your retailer, if Ubisoft then you will need to create a ticket with Support https://shop.ubi.com/store?Action=Di...a&Locale=en_GB
Please allow 48 hours for replies to tickets (excluding weekends)
Thank you, i have raised the request for a refund ticket on the Uplay storeOriginally Posted by Ubi-Mush Go to original post
I bought the game at wal-mart and their return policy on opened games is that you can only exchange it for another copy of the same game. Any chance you guys could basically buy our copies off of us? Or are we **** out of luck?Originally Posted by Ubi-Mush Go to original post
If the product is faulty, or unfit for purpose, they have no choice but to give you a full refund. They cannot circumvent trading laws with company policy.Originally Posted by RTRaptor Go to original post
Companies like wal-mart, pc world etc will do their best to tell you that you're not entitled to a refund but you are. Just stand your ground and tell them you are not prepared to accept anything else. It's worked every time for me, ask to speak to the manager and tell him/her you know your rights as a consumer.
