PS4 Touch Pad Bug and Outpost Feedback

First off, the bug. The touchpad cannot be disabled. The off option doesn't seem to work. It's annoying accidentally brushing it and changing weapons. XD

Feedback: Can you guys patch in an option that stops the AI from reclaiming outposts? Itt feels like Far Cry 2 in that you allways get pestered to stop having fun and exploring. Remember malaria? XD Losing fast travel points is bad, and it makes capturing outposts at all inevitably pointless. Multiple reviewrs like Destructoid even mentioned it as an issue.

I know the Dark Souls types want to have to deal with this, so maybe give it as an option in a menu so the rest of us can enjoy the game and Kyrat? Thanks. Love the game other than these issues.

Have you actually experienced losing outposts? I have ignored outpost under attack notifications numerous times and never had one lost.

I can relate about the Touch Pad Bug. Even though it says off, when I reboot the game, it would still turn on. I would have to turn it on and then turn it back off so the touch pad would turn off.

    touchpad...

I'm actually having the exact opposite issue of you guys... I started playing fc4 and the first 2/3 days the touchpad was working fine then it just stopped responding... I reset the game then system then the controller, I guess the controller reset fixed the issue a few hours but it stopped again. It's odd because I can click it in and access that menu but using the pad to change weapons will not respond at all even after disabling and re-enabling a few times from game menu and many controller resets.

I also have this issue. The Touch Pad first turned off when I switched it off in the options, but every time I reboot the game it is reactivated. I have to go into the options, turn it back on, back out to save the new settings, go back into the options, turn it off, and then back out so it is saved as turned off again. I can then continue playing as normal. A fix would be nice.

A fix is coming soon! I don't know exactly when, but we're hoping within the next patch. Thanks!

I just completed the game, once back in the homestead i went to interact with the "pipe" that you get from yogi and reggie and the game will go to a loading screen and then crash.

Can anyone else reproduce this glitch?

    (p.s im on ps4)
