    Please help and advise re: season pass dlc

    Hi Guys and to ubi team

    Got farcry4+season pass, works great on max settings, no issues there.

    I know there are a few threads in regards to the DLC and Season pass, but my question and issue is different.

    I bought Farcry 4 special edition, I bought a retail version 2 days before release, I played some then purchased the Season pass but I have a few questions as I believe im missing Pre-order DLC.

    On my ubi account it shows that I own the Season pass, if I click on the "View All DLC" tab Im presented with a blank screen, as in no dlc items listed.

    Now on the map it shows the yellow star indicating the "SRYNGE MISSION" meaning i have the season pass on my game but:

    What my concern is why I do not have the:

    The Butchers Machete, Driller PKM, Elephant Gun .700 Nitro, Sandman 1911 Pistol, Hurk's Return mission, and Blood Ruby mission.

    I think they are pre-order incentives or Season Pass DLC, but I ordered the game before release and own the season pass so I should have them, but I don't for some reason.??

    How would I obtain these extra weapons and missions?

    Also the SEASON PASS gets you access to:

    Hurk Deluxe Pack = five missions starring Hurk, including Yak Farm, Blood Ruby and Hurk’s Redemption

    Why do I not have the above? where is it or how to access this? as I cannot locate this in the game !




    And:

    Escape from Durgesh Prison
    Overrun
    Valley of the Yetis

    On the above dlc I cannot locate, maybe its not released ? if so ubi soft should tell us this as looking on google search all it says is you get the above missions but doesnt state when you get this.

    Even if the above 3 dlc is not released I should have the:

    Ive been fobbed off by ubi support hence my forum thread creation.

    an someone please advise me and hoping that ubi staff will respond to my many questions, note this will also help other people with my issues.

    ps I think ubi support is terrible, as if they don't care, which is very true.
    its sad to see so many people confused and frustrated when they've spent their hard earned cash on ubi products.

    I think it has to do with that you are playing with a save that you did start playing with before you bought the Season Pass, i have the same issue and i haven't tried to start a new game yet so i can be wrong tho.

    The only difference we have is that it clearly says that i own Seasons Pass in my DLC list, but i don't have all of the guns and so far only The Syringe and Escape from Durgesh Prison mission has shown up.

    then your lucky as all i have is the srynge, don't really want to start a new game as ive pumped in 10 hours already.

    it can never be simple with ubi games, always issues and complaints !

    how did you get "ecape from Durgesh Prison" shown?

    ive got 10 hours done so really i should have everything ! damn shame ubi!

    I just played along with the missions i had and the "Escape from Durgesh Prison" did just show up.

    Same problem here.

    I bought the Limited Edition and found my Hurk Missions ingame. (No Prob so far)
    But after beating the game (25 hours of playing and only 50% progress), I finally bought the Season Pass
    because of the weapons and missions. Now my Problem is just as yours, that my Missions and weapons do not appear.
    I don't realy want to start a new campaign because it took long enough to get where I am right now, and I hope that someone
    works on this problem. Aswell it seems like Ubisoft doesn't care about there customers, because there isnt that much support
    for any game right now. Even Assassin's Creed 3 has still a lot of Problems since release...

    ahh come on man, whats the point of this forum then? plus ubi support is non existent, hence why ppl come here to explain their anguish... this is truly a joke...


    ps already created 3 tickets and all was ignored so ur support really sux man.

    Seriously, Same issue

    Only have syringe and 50 hrs in. Also everywhere on the internet says you guys (ubisoft) are a damn nightmare. Resolve this otherwise you're essentially stealing. false advertisement all that. open a ticket? why, so we can wait for days only for the ticket to be closed? No thank you. Super agree with these other guys (the gamers, your clientele, your profit) your support is pretty sucky.
