    Hi i have same problem far cry 4 after first video sequence crash why? I treid fix but no one works any solutions please help thanks!

    of you need to get an update on a support ticket i highly suggest you contact Ubi Support Directly and please supply them with all the info they ask for

    please go to the Support site for your region and open a support ticket, try webchat or
    initiate a phone call direct to support (if available for your region )
    you can find phone number\ support options \ and support hours information @ https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Contact#en-gb

    if you wish to update your Support ticket

    other then that i have no clue what your issue is as i did not build your PC .. .. do you in fact have a quad core CPU and a supported GPU ?

    dual core CPU's are not supported

    do you have any Known backround applications auto loading with windows that can cause an issue ??

    have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Uplay from the uPLAY WEB SITE ?

    AND FINALLY .....have you tried to launch the game as Run as Administrator directly from the .exe
