the paging of the leaderboard is really tedious.
if you want to find a ghost that is a bit quicker than yourself then it can take ages to scroll through teh list.
i realise you can jump to the top and the bottom.

I understand the need for paging of large datasets but it would only be a couple of kB to download the list for the whole track surely

please could you let us know your thoughts on this and what could be done to improve it

is anyone from RL looking at these forums. it would be nice for this post to at least be acknowledged by someone.
i think it is a genuine issue and would be nice to get the thoughts from the developers

the paging of the leaderboard just does not work!
it is nigh on impossible to scroll reliably through the list.
When is someone from RL at least going to reply to this thread, if you want more detail i am happy to give it.

i usually go all the way to the top and then scroll down to find a suitable ghost. i wait for it to download the 20 and teh little icon to go green then scroll down for the next 20, it will work a couple of times and then just freezes and teh icon is red, nothing will get it to recover from this.

i am on a really strong, fast WIFI connection

why is teh paging size so small, 20 records seems like nothing.

if you keep trying to scroll down it should at least keep trying to refresh

this is my number one annoyance with TF at the moment

Here's how to deal with it :
when you scroll and the icon freezes on red, click on the (U) icon near the bag and coins, wait 'til the page loads completely then close the page and go back to the game. Normally it'll work for you.
PS : iof this doesn't work, try to stay closer to your wifi rooter.

Hi, thanks for somebody responding, but dont take it the wrong way, i was really expecting to get a response from RL, it is the support forum after all.
i will have a go at your workaround but is a workaround that shouldn't be needed if it was programmed properly. if anyone else has the same issue it would be good to raise it here and add weight to the issue
you are considerably higher up the leaderboard than me so i guess you are not trying to scroll through in the way i am.

i would like RL to respond and give their viewpoint, there has to be a better way of doing it....

most of the other niggles have eventually got fixed and it reasonably reliable now, but this is a regular issue and should at least be acknowledged
