the trucks need a start and a finish - the outposts. if there are no outposts left, they can't drive from anywhere to anywhere, so they won't show up

they continued happening after taken all outposts/fortresses for me, people must have different copies of this game and offtopic but FC4 is beautiful on xbox360 seriously hot.

I'm on Xbox One and had the same issue with the OP, and resetting the outposts did fix my problem. As someone said, a possible cause is the cargo trucks need two enemy outposts to travel between, which is not possible if there are none. I've also noticed certain Karma events that disappeared after capturing all the outposts reappeared, such as the one to assassinate the Lieutenant. The obvious downside to resetting the outposts is you have to capture them again (for those of you that don't want to), however I think it is much easier the second time around as you have unlocked better weapons and will likely have more perks unlocked then the first time around - I find having the Buzzsaw turns capturing even harder outposts into a cake walk. (I suppose you could also turn the difficulty down to easy and just get over with it.)

Ok, I did it. I reset the outposts and now the trucks are back. Thank You!

But now everytime I take one truck to an outpost, it says "ammo refilled" but I lose all my throwable objects like grenades and molotovs and have to by them again. I can carry 15 each and they are not that cheap.
