Although technically true what you stated, in context to this game sales are in fact final through Origin for this particular case.....Originally Posted by AngryBert-63 Go to original post
DLC and non-EA games purchased on Origin are excluded from the Great Game Guarantee. So, this is a guarantee for full game (a.k.a. "base game") digital downloads published by EA for now, including full games on pre-order and most full games on promotional discount.
Straight from the page you linked, so the guarantee you linked in fact does nothing to help customers who bought Far Cry 4 through Origin get a refund, it only applies to the base EA game purchased through Origin.

I get it, he was factually incorrect, but I also felt for purposes of this discussion (and I even said you were factually correct) that it needed pointing out that in fact NON-EA games and DLC bought through Origin were not covered by this guarantee. In fact last time I looked the thread was started to talk about Far Cry 4, a Ubisoft Product, so I didn't want people joining into the thread to get a false sense of hope that they could in fact get their money back if they purchased Far Cry 4 through Origin.Originally Posted by AngryBert-63 Go to original post
