The request from everybody is to have individually on/off settings for all assist no matter game-pad, keyboard or steering wheel.
If this is option is going to be in the game, the players will be able to set it to there game experience/difficulty.
we're aware of this request and will keep it in mind.

Different difficulty categories is fine and dandy as long as they represent real world somewhat.
In tdu2 somehow the easy mode was always vastsetele. If you had high end steering wheel and pedals the best you could hope was to match easy mode on hardcore.

Traction control should actually make you slower

I don't see a big problem with ABS - it's in use allmost every "new" car. Of course I'd hope that old cars don't get ABS on - just like in real world.

Did anyone try the thrustmaster ferarri 458 racing wheel xbox 360/pc edition on the pc version of the crew? during the pc beta's? Just wondering if my wheel will work for this game!

I played the PC beta with a g27 but using a thrustmaster TH8RS as the h shifter and the game recognized it just fine. Just had to map the gears on it and I was good to go.

i know it's been asked, but not answered.

Where is 0 on the linearity sliders. Is 1to1 set at the middle of the sliders or ?

Same here. I understand what linearity settings do, but without knowing which slider position is linear it`s tricky to tweak, especially for steering.
My guess is that the slider center is the linear spot, but I don`t know.
Also...I am not convinced those settings even work
E.g. I tried Steering Deadzone min/max in cockpit view, but didn`t notice a difference in the wheel`s animation.

Speaking of hands on the wheel....please fix those in game. I wasn't aware the player character has parkinsons.

Hard Core should not have ABS that way you CAN have 3 different settings.
