I have heard back from support and they are claiming that the game is from the American region and the season pass is from the Australian region. I find this hard to believe as I ordered from Green Man Gaming and it specifically said it was the ANZ version.
They are refusing to help me even though I believe they could easily change the region to be the correct one. So the best part of a week waiting for no attempt at a resolution from support. I hope you all have better luck then I did.
