Okay guys, problem solved at me. I deleted all files starting D3D from system32 and wow64 directories (some you won't be able to delete but doesn't matter) and then ran DX11 instalation from the game dir and all works fine now. Hope it helps someone.

Ok I got it working and it was a dll file only one not mentioned before

Ok I ran that dependency walker and it showed me that two files were x86 (32-bit) when all the others were x64 (64bit)
The two files it listed were in the C:\Windows\System32 folder and they were,

    mscvr100.dll
    msvcp100.dll

I removed these to the desktop and re ran the "vcredist_x64.exe" which is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Far Cry 4\Support\Software\VCRedist

    Game then worked !!

    hopefully this works for others

    I was looking for these
    mscvr100.dll
    msvcp100.dll

But only found msvcp100.dll this there, moved it to desktop, then i installed the VCRedist thing but i still get blackscreen. Any ideas?

"And then ra DX11 installation from the game dir"
Do you mean here? C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher
    If so i can't find DX11
Should i now re-install the game now that i have removed the D3D stuff?

I see some people have come with a few different solutions :C
Ive tried everything but i can't seem to get it to work, if i remove something from the system, Far cry 4 wont even start, pressing PLAY does nothing..
Could anyone who have gotten this fixed write a detailed tutorial on how you fixed it please? Much appreciated :C

Big Far cry 3 fan wanting to play the next game, but been tortured to wait so many days to play it :C

Months after purchasing the game, I found a solution that might work. Funnily enough, I came across this solution whilst trying to fix this exact error for another game (Killing Floor 2)

If you have reinstalled DirectX, vcredist and .NET Framework multiple times (like I did0 to no avail, then this simple fix should work.

The game is built with the nvidia physx engine and so (and even if you have AMD hardware) you shoul uninstall nvidia physx then re install the latest version.

Hoe this fixes it for people who previously lost hope.

You can grab nvidia physx here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9...02-driver.html
