So, as requested in response to OP, I submitted a case (# 01806584) for the bell tower issue. I've now hit exactly the same thing with outposts.
6 days after my case was submitted (#01806584) I've had.... zero response.
Should I waste my time submitting another ticket for the outpost issue too?
Poor form, Ubisoft, poor form.
