    "You will soon receive an email..." Pre-order content woes.

    Over 24 hours later and still no information on how to unlock the in-game content for my selected platform!

    I entered the pre-order code for the Blood Ruby Pack and promptly received the email thanking me
    for redeeming my pre-order code, and now, over 24 hours later, I'm still waiting for a follow-up.

    If you're having the same problem please comment/bump.

    same here but i aint even had an email yet ? but am shore i defo got the ruby pack with shadow 1911 ???

    Yep. I am immensely ticked off with both Amazon.co.uk and with Ubiosoft.

    I specifically ordered from Amazon to get the Blood Ruby content.

    I never received an email from Amazon and I have phoned them 4 times and spoken to 4 different and very poorly trained csr's with heavy Indian accents. None were remotely competent in the task of resolving my complaint and in explaining how and WHERE to redeem the code which they later gave me. I play on the Xbox 360 and the code they eventually gave me was not a 25 digit Xbox Marketplace code....*sigh*

    So I figured out on my own WHERE to redeem my belated code and after receiving the confirmation email (as per the above posts), nothing!

    Just thought you might take comfort in knowing that you are not alone.

    Paying upfront for a game in advance with so many problems and then NOT being about to play with the bonus on release day is unforgivable.

    Soon is the new term from Ubisoft you will have a puppet mod in here soon sprouting the company line. 24 hours for you guy's currently 57 hours I have been waiting and all we get is soon, and thin skinned mods who can't handle some fair criticism of the way they conduct themselves. You could always open a support ticket lol and get a reply SOON
