Ive done this 5 Days ago and until now ... no respond.Originally Posted by Ubi_Jax Go to original postI know, you have a lot of work to do but let me tell you guys, we want to play finally Coop. ^^
It's pointless anyway - they seem to be ignoring all the support tickets and all they say in any of the threads is to create a ticket. No info. No solutions. Why release a game that doesn't work. Game devs need to stop using us as guinea pigs and releasing junk.Originally Posted by Kutscherpfiff90 Go to original post
How is this problem still here?! I've been trying to play this game with my friend since day one of release (coop play was the main reason we both actually bought the game in the first place!). Yet there is no word from ubisoft other than to say "create a support ticket" like that's going to make a shred of difference... It's no wonder your customers are going crazy!!
How the hell is this possible.................... how can you even put a game out that isnt delivering said content?Originally Posted by VectorF22 Go to original post
CO-OP is still not working as intended..
Its not a good sign when players get surprised that they can at all join a friend for some CO-OP.
Myself and a friend bought this game because of the Co-op, but we only had it working for one night.
Now, after the patch, its down again.
UBISOFT, for all that is ****ING HOLY, please show us, the players, and the once that keeps you guys doing what you "love" (make -PERHAPS 100% WORKING- games)
ALSO please have SOME PEOPLE ACTIVE ON THE FORUMS, talking to us, telling on what is going on!
Dont tell us to send in a ticket, then to never be heard from again.
Im ****ing amazed that people today, 2014, still treat others as ****.
Its a ****ed up world.
I love FarCry 4.. but i think i am entitled a working game, not some half-assed piece of ****.
Time to get your **** together!
WITH LOVE AND RESPECT <3
Ubisoft's online section of their games is generally quite poor, if it starts that way, it barely gets any better.
I've played a lot of Ubisoft's games which have an online section since they released UPlay and I'll list them chronologically with my rating of online performance determined by issues I encountered.
- Assassin's Creed Brotherhood = 7/10
-- (average matchmaking, few issues with disconnects)
- Driver: San Francisco = 8/10
-- (there wasn't much online to it but it did work despite a couple of disconnects)
- Assassin's Creed Revelations = 7/10
-- (average matchmaking, few issues with disconnects)
- Assassin's Creed 3 = 6/10
-- (average matchmaking, disconnects)
- Far Cry 3 = 6/10
-- (invitations were on and off, lots of disconnecting)
- Splinter Cell Blacklist = 9/10
-- (this game actually worked really well for me)
- Assassin's Creed 4 = 5/10
-- (matchmaking didn't work, couldn't team up with friends, constant errors)
- Watch Dogs = 6/10
-- (kept disconnecting, average matchmaking)
- Assassin's Creed Unity = 0/10
-- (I can't even play the game)
- Far Cry 4 = 4/10
-- (co-op with a friend invite worked once and has never worked since, constant kicks from pvp games)
- The Crew (beta) = 6/10
-- (my pc experience was actually far better than on ps4)
Online seems to be something Ubisoft can't do very well, and it's been like this since they really got started. I get these games partly due to loving the online concept but the execution is so lackluster it makes me wish I didn't bother.
Seems like the uPNP is not working properly on PS4 version of Far Cry 4.
I have both PS3 and PS4 versions.
Up until yesterday I was mostly playing on PS3 so I could play with a few last gen friends and had no problems (other than corrupt error that happened at launch)
Then I tried to play co-op with some friends who picked up a PS4 and Far Cry 4 on Black Friday...
The game would not get a connection on either ends (I try join my friends, they try joining me)
After troubleshooting with my router, disabling uPNP and DMZ'ing my PS4, my friend connected on the first try, however I still couldn't join him.
Try changing your router settings to see if it fixes the connection issues.
