    Bug with moto again

    Guys, for your information I have submitted a ticket for this.
    Second time I have this bug, LOT annoying...

    Hello

    Check this screens, I just have bugs with Jackal... I was full and few seconds later, I lost all of my upgrade...





    And just before an other upgrade was done automatically by taken me 23 gems without asking me that!

    Could you please give me back my gems and more important my upgrade of Jackal

    I got answers from my Ubisoft ticket :
    "Nothing can be done"

    Are they really serious ????

    I lost lot of time, money and gems with this bug!

    RedLynx devs, please help me!

    Not even any details? Totally bogus response; no such thing as a bug they cant/shouldnt fix.

    I suggest you send your ticket number to the devs who typically post here and request a more detailed developer response on whats going on here:

    We have received your ticket which you logged with your CS. The issue is under investigation at the moment. Our CS will respond to you when w have a resolution for your issue.

    I have the exact same issue, with the exact same bike, with the EXACT same part of the bike. I submitted a ticket last week, but no response yet
