That error popped up, ive also seen on here that theres a patch, so either that came out after i had to go work this morning (not all of us gets chance to stay at home all day playing games lol), or its somewhere hidden on the ubiplay launcher, as it sure as hell didnt do it automatically, let alone tell me it needed patching.

But from what you've said, patch has made no difference, so im not exactly hopeful.

I can also see this as an unplayable game, theres no way im reinstalling windows.

If this issue does get fixed can someone update this thread please.

Not even sure two GTX580's SLi'd is going to run it, hearing everyone has 780's or higher.... AND STILL HAVING ISSUES!!!
    Any joy?

This solution worked for me. It seems the error has something to do with one of the DirectX files called "D3DX9_43.DLL" located in C:\Windows\System32

You need to delete this file and reinstall DirectX. Follow the instruction shown in the youtube link below:-

I find that's currently.a waste of time, even more so clogging up messages they have to sift through. If they dont know this problem exists, then me mentioning it will be a waste of time, not to mention waiting 1-3 days for an automated reply no doubt.

Need to talk to someone direct, explaining what to do, not faff around with support tickets. Thankfully, ubi soft non employees who know these games come on here & offer solutions right away.

Ive also heard that support doesnt have the time to go through the forums, but iin actual fact, coming on the forums explaining & offering solutions to problems MAY ACTUALLY be quicker, than going through support tickets 1 by 1 because it reaches a greater audience.

An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem.
