I had a different issue at first, something to do with D3DCompiler_43.dll, after some fiddling around and eventually grab my friends D3DCompiler_43.dll I got this error message. Now I'm not entirely sure if this is better or worse. I just opened a ticket, I'll keep you guys updated in case I get an answer of some sort. If this issue isn't resolved in two days, I'll ask for a refund. Ubisoft isn't securing their end of the deal. We pay, we play or so atleast I thought.
I understand Ubisoft is busy with all the errors currently happening, but this should've been resolved during Beta testing.

Beware of a lot of people posting solutions as many of them contain Trojans.
