Can't use assassins in companion app??? | Forums

I have 5 assassins in my companion app.

3 of them are apparently not available for missions, they have a little 2/3rd's full circle in their pictures. There's no explanation of what this means, I have no idea why it happened, there's no documentation for this app anywhere that I can find, so here I am asking what this means. What does it mean? Why can't I use my assassins?

So three of my now 6 assassins permanently say "away" in their profile.

When I send the other 3 assassins on a mission, the three that aren't working have a timer identical to the three I send out. But when the timer is up, they just go back to saying "away" and aren't useable.

So half my assassins are 100% useless in the app. Ubisoft, please fix!

I have the same problem. The circle tells that they are on a mission but they are not on a mission.

So there's no solution for this? I'm just stuck with 3 useless assassins in the companion app? That sucks. Who do I contact at Ubisoft about this?

If you made a blue chest available to be looted.. finished the three missions for one of those spokes or whatever you call them... you get a message that you can now loot it in unity and if Enro does not loot it in 24 hours, it is automatically opened and placed in your inventory.......

what is not mentioned is that during those 24 hours, an assassin is assigned to that blue chest and is unavailable for missions until you loot the blue chest in the game or the 24 hour timer runs out....... if you press the glyph, spoke or whatever the term is.. you will see the assassin assigned with whatever is left on the 24 hour timer......

if log into unity, loot the chest and that assassin is freed for missions....... that is if you are able to synch up and no other bugs happen......

They are not gone because of a blue chest. Mine where on a mission (that didn't give a chest) and the mission timer hit 00:00:00 but nothing happened. I restarted the app and the mission was available again but it wasn't completed by the assassins and it says the assassins are still on a mission. It has been like this for 4 days now.

I am having this same issue. I sent my assassins out on a mission. Not only are the assassins not currently available, even thought the mission should be way completed by now... when I click the icon in the bottom left hand corner to view those in my "Nomad Brotherhood," it does not open.

Is this also because I need to go collect the Nomad Chest in the actual game? I do not remember it ever saying that I got the reward.
